Our house was on the market several months with another "top agency" and we had some showings but no second showings, no offers. We spoke with Kim and she gave us some honest information on our house and the asking price that the other agency had withheld. We took her advice and made a few small changes right away. Although the market was declining and our home's location was on one of the busier streets in town, Kim managed to help us get multiple offers within a couple of weeks of relisting.
