James was born in the Pacific Northwest but moved around the country because his father was in the Navy. He settled back in Portland 19 years ago.  Sales through personal relationships and building rapport is who he truly is, and it is no accident that he has always been someone people can trust. He is a hard worker, but has a great time with his clients, and is honest, but not hurtful with his words. Never a push over, but always kind, he is the person you can trust to never leave money on the table, and to work as hard for your family as he does for his own.
