James Willcuts comes from a long line of realtors and builders that have been in the industry for years.  Being born and raised in Newberg, he has been successful in growing many relationships within his community. He has served countless hours of community service and volunteer work to help improve the place he cherishes the most.  After graduating from Pacific University, it only felt right for him to obtain his real estate license and start helping people with making their biggest investment thus far.  His number one goal is to grow meaningful relationships with his clients, and maintain trust and communication throughout the process.  He will work diligently and professionally with you,  while having an open ear long after the transaction has been completed.
