Lauren grew up on a farm, learning the meaning of hard work early, through raising 4H animals and working on her families harvest crew.  These opportunities showed her how important family, team work and passion are a crucial key to success in any situation. She has a love and respect for Yamhill County and her roots run deep in the area. One of the biggest pushes to becoming an agent was the desire to help people and she watched her Mother, Carrie Casey, helping people in real estate for over 20 years. Having a great mentor so close to home and her drive to succeed have molded her into the agent she is today.
